Your waitlist information
This notice covers the TopicToPost early-access waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid account or give access to the content-generation app.
What the form saves
We save your email address and signup date. If you choose to provide them, we also save your role and how many posts you create each day. When you arrive through a campaign link, the form saves its source, medium, and campaign labels.
How the information is used
Your email is used for signup confirmations, TopicToPost beta invitations, and access updates. The optional answers help us understand who needs the product and plan the first version. Campaign labels help us understand how people find the waitlist.
Storage and access
Signups are stored in the site’s hosted database. The signup list is available through a protected owner dashboard; email addresses are not displayed on the public landing page. The site’s hosting provider also processes requests to operate the page.
When confirmation emails are enabled, Resend processes your email address and the confirmation message to send it. Delivery attempts can appear in the email provider’s logs.
Your choices
The role and daily-volume fields are optional. To ask for your entry to be removed, reply to a TopicToPost waitlist email. You do not need to purchase anything to join.
